Of particular interest is the 1895 Class Song with lyrics written by Martha Emerson Carter.

Also included is an alumnae directory which includes students' maiden and married names. Of particular interest are Edna P. Hardin's report card and an essay written by Mary Elinor Lazenby titled "What a Woman Did."

Included in the folder are programs from the 1897 commencement ceremony, one of which contains songs and hymns, and a dinner program with menu items and poetry. There are also two alumnae directories, which include students' maiden and married names as well as their years of attendance. There are two articles from the State Normal Magazine, including the hand-written rough draft and final article titled "The Duty of the Class of '97 to the State," written by Bertha M. Donnelly, and the article "The Philanthropy of Dorothea Lynde Dix," written by Julian S. Carr, this article also includes a photocopied photograph of Julian S. Carr. Of particular interests are the commencement address titled "The Forgotten Man," by Walter H. Page, and the list of the students who won the best essays for the Class of 1897.

Included in the folder are programs from 1898 commencement activities such as the graduation ceremony; the Class Day; the Graduating Exercises; the Organizational Exercises; and a Comedy. Also included are two alumnae directories, which include students' maiden and married names as well as their years of attendance. There is an essay titled "Educational Extension," and a letter to Miss Marjorie Hood in 1954, both written by Lillie Annette Boney Williams. Of particular interest is a hand-made Class Song booklet with a hand painted drawing of a girl in period dress.

There are two alumnae directories, which include students' maiden and married names, and years of attendance. There are two letters, one written by Geneva Graves to Minnie Huesey, and one written in 1952 by Johnsie Coit to Charles Adams. Of particular interest are a poem written by Mary Collins titled "Story of Old 99," the lyrics for the class song, and the script for the play "Way Down Upon the Stygian River." This folder also includes various materials such as a newspaper clipping of the Commencement, an original Commencement invitation, a note with the class pin, and a photocopied reunion letter from circa 1949 with a picture of the alumnae.

There is also decorative hand-made Class Song booklet, and a photocopied booklet with a short biography and photos of Lois Catesby Kerley Jones.

Also included are two alumnae directories, one based on the students" date of entry, which includes maiden names and years of attendance. Of particular interest is a hand-made booklet which includes copies of photos from some of the original buildings and parks, showing some of the college"s original architecture dating back to 1908. There is also an essay titled "Science in the Home," written by Miss Edna Forney in 1908.

Also included are two alumnae directories, which include students" maiden and married names, and years of attendance. Of particular interest is an essay written by Nettie Idella Dixon titled "The Public School System of Greensboro," and a letter, written in French, to Mrs. McIver. There is also a Last Will and Testament article from The Carolinian.

Also included is a directory containing students" maiden and married names, and years of attendance. Of particular interest is a hand-made booklet from 1926 which includes a short biographical summary of the lives of the 1910 alumnae. There is also an essay written by Katie Kime Flora in 1969 titled "School Days After 1890," and a photocopied article and photo from the Alumnae News of Judy Barrett receiving The Alumnae Service Award in 1960.

Included in the folder are programs from the 1911 Class Day exercises, commencement exercises, the Annual Sermon, the "Comedy in Five Acts" play, and a program titled "Representative Essays" which were read by the students. Of particular interest is a booklet from 1961 which includes a short biographical summary of the lives of the 1911 alumnae. There is a calendar with photographs of campus and poems. There is also a heart shaped hand-made Valentine Dinner Invitation made my Laura Coit.

The Class of 1912 folder contains material pertaining to the 1912 graduating class of North Carolina State Normal and Industrial School (State Normal, now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). Included in the folder are programs from the 1912 Commencement Weekend, graduating exercises, the Annual Sermon, the "Echoes from Opera" opera, The May Day Games, and a decorative program for the "Ye May Day Fete" play. Of particular interest is a hand-painted booklet from the 1909 Junior-Senior Tournament, it includes poems and songs created by each student. There is a 50th year reunion booklet with class songs and a short biographical summary of the lives of the 1912 alumnae. There is also an original commencement invitation, and an essay written by Rose Inez Moose titled ""The History of Catawba County."
