: Artifact Collection; The UNC Greensboro Artifact Collection contains three-dimensional objects relating to UNCG's history, including class rings, commemorative china, mementos from faculty, and other items significant to the institution's history.

: Board of Directors Records; When the State Normal and Industrial School was established in 1891, it was governed by a Board of Directors. This body was charged with overseeing the administrative actions of the school, including the appointment of the president. In 1932, the school changed it name to Woman's College of the University of North Carolina and became one of the three branches in the Consolidated University of North Carolina. Administrative duties for the school were shifted from the Board of Directors to the University of North Carolina Board of Trustees. These are the records of the State Normal's Board of Directors between 1891 and 1931.

: Board of Trustees Records; In 1972, an administrative reorganization resulted in the creation of UNC Greensboro's Board of Trustees, which advises the UNC Board of Governors advises the Chancellor on the management and development of the institution. This collection contains the official records of the UNCG Board of Trustees, including meeting minutes, committee proceedings, and correpsondence.

: Chancellor Edward Kidder Graham, Jr. Records; Edward Kidder Graham, Jr. was the fourth chancellor of UNC Greensboro, serving from 1950-1956 when the school was known as the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina. This collection contains administrative records from his time in leadership.

: Chancellor Gordon Williams Blackwell Records; Gordon W. Blackwell was the fifth chancellor of UNC Greensboro, serving from 1957-1960 when the school was known as the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina. This collection contains administrative records from his time in leadership.

: Chancellor James Sharbrough Ferguson Records; James S. Ferguson was the seventh chancellor of UNC Greensboro, serving from 1966-1979. He also served as interim chancellor in 1964-1965. This collection contains administrative records from his leadership.

: Civil Rights Greensboro Materials; This collection of materials taken from other collections was digitized specifically for the Civil Rights Greensboro project and does not exist as a physical collection. Most of this items are pulled from collections that have also been digitized in their entireties.

: Class Of Files; This collection contains commencement programs, reunion materials, and other materials related to graduating classes and class activities at UNCG from its opening through today.

: Curry School Records; A practice school, also known as the teacher training school, was established at State Normal and Industrial School (now UNC Greensboro) in 1892. In 1902, it became the Curry School, providing practical classroom instruction for undergraduate and graduate students until 1970 when the school was closed. The records of the Curry School contain alumni lists, directories, newsletters, pamplets, programs, transcripts, yearbooks, and other records documenting the activities of the School from 1898-2004.

: Dean of the Bryan School of Business and Economics Records, 1960-2016; The Joseph M. Bryan School of Business and Economics was created at UNC Greensboro in 1969. This collection contains annual reports, newsletters, departmental files, and other records documenting the administrative functions of the Bryan School.

: Dean of the School of Nursing Records; The UNC Greensboro School of Nursing was established in September 1966, although the school did offer courses and some degree options in nursing prior to that time. This collection contains correspondence, annual reports, newsletters, meeting minutes ,and other records documenting the administrative functions of the School of Nursing and previous nursing training programs.

: Department of Nursing Education Records; From 1957-1967, UNC Greensboro's Department of Nursing Education operated a two-year Associates Degree program for nurses in cooperation with Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. This collection contains brochures, reports, meeting minutes, and graduate questionnaires related to the department.

: Department of Theatre Records; Theatre and drama edcuation and performance have been a part of UNC Greensboro since its inception. This collection contains records of productions and plays produced on campus.

: Director of Religious Activities Records; The Director of Religious Activities oversaw all of the student-led religious activities and groups at UNC Greensboro from the 1930s through the 1960s. This collection contains correspondence, programs, handbooks and other records of the Religious Activities Center and its associated student groups.

: Elliott University Center Records; UNC Greensboro's Elliott University Center (EUC) serves as a hub for the campus community. This collection contains calendars, newsletters, and other records documenting the management of the EUC.
