Oral History interview with Marcia Jones Snow
Primarily documents the life of Marica Jones Snow and her service with the United States Army Medical Specialist Corps and the U.S. Army Reserve. Snow recalls feeling isolated and not part of her unit in Vietnam, as well as her belief that the government did not care about physical therapists as much as the soldiers. She also speaks of how it was a disservice to the physical therapists that they were not trained to handle command responsibilities. Snow describes the difficulties of being both in the medical field and a female in the military, and how the Reduction in Force actions were not fair, but ultimately ended up being one of the best things to happen to her.
