Women's Army Corps olive drab enlisted winter uniform. Includes blouse with four gold buttons embossed with Great Seal of the United States, enlisted "U.S." disc on right collar, enlisted Pallas Athene disc on left collar, and two slit pockets, without shoulder straps. The diamond shape Discharge Patch (a.k.a."The Ruptured Duck" on the breast was issued to service personnel who were about to leave the military with an Honorable Discharge and allowed them to continue to wear their uniform for up to thirty days after they were discharged, since there was a clothing shortage at that time." The blue and white badge on the sleeve denotes 7th Service Command. The chevron striped badge denotes Technician Third Grade, a rank similar to staff sergeant but without the authority to give commands." Worn with khaki shirtwaist and tie. This uniform worn by Kathleen Bayne from 1943 to 1946.
