Carolina Beacon, 1836-1837
Nineteenth-Century newspaper published in Greensboro and digitized from microfilm. The digital collection consists of 37 surviving issues published between 25 May 1836 and 13 January 1837.
Greensboro Patriot, 1826-1922
Nineteenth-Century newspaper published in Greensboro and digitized from microfilm. This was Greensboro's "newspaper of record" during most of the Nineteenth Century, and the digital collection consists of 4799 issues published between 24 April 1826 and 28 December 1922. The paper was published weekly or twice-weekly through most of its run. A daily evening edition was published for a short time in the late 1800s, but few issues survive.
Little Ad, 1860
Nineteenth-Century newspaper published in Greensboro and digtized from microfilm. The digital collection consists of 12 surviving issues published between 12 May 1860 and 28 July 1860.
Southern Telescope, 1837
Nineteenth-Century newspaper published in Greensboro and digitized from microfilm. The digital collection consists of seven surviving issues published between 3 February 1837 and 10 November 1837.
