This 60th Anniversary of the Greensboro Men's Club program features a birds-eye view of the newly renovated Hayes-Taylor YMCA, located at 1101 East Market Street. There are messages from Executive Director Thomas J. Scott, Jr., and Board Chairman Doris D. Vincent. There are also messages from Greensboro Mayor Carolyn Allen, North Carolina Governonr James B. Hunt, Jr., and local political ads from Claudette Burroughs-White, and Don Vaughan. There is also a tribute to Al Attles of Greensboro, who coached the Golden State Warriors in Oakland, California.

This photograph shows African-American firefighters standing in front of Station 4, located on Gorrell Street in Greensboro. Engine 4 had been relocated to this station in 1964, and although segregated it housed Greensboro's first African-American firefighters, The department was not fully integrated until November 1967.
