Description	The fourth issue of W.C. Informer discusses of nuclear weapons, federal labor policy (specifically a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would curtail union activities such as "; sympathy strikes"; wher one union walks out in support of another), and another pending bill that would give the army expanded security powers including the ability to remove university professors and set up military courts with jurisdiction over civilians. W.C. Informer was a publication of the Woman'; s College Chapter of the Committee for North Carolina, an affiliate of the Southern Conference on Human Welfare (SCHW)located at the Woman'; s College of the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. SCHW was at the forefront of early civil rights and social justice issues.
