Transcript	Office of Superintendent of Public Institution Raleigh, Dec. 30th, 1899 Dr. C.D.McIver, Greensboro, N.C. My Dear Sir:-I have been looking to hear from you for some time in regard to our Meeting to make an official Report as a Board of Directors. This official Report must be made by the Board in justice to you and to ourselves. I for one have heard enough of this "rot" about the Board trying to cover up something and trying to white wash some one and all such stuff. Have you not received all of the reports from the water,milk and &c sent to the experts ? It was my understanding when we adjourned that I was to call a meeting of the Board just as soon as you received the report from the water ,milk&c. Let me hear from you in regard to this matter.
