Item description	This group photograph features Ensign Elizabeth Taggart and her peers in their Summer White Service uniforms while working at the Navy Regional Data Automation Center in Washington, D.C., in 1983.
Veteran's name	Taggart, Elizabeth Pedro
Veteran's biography	Elizabeth Pedro Taggart (b. 1962) served in the U.S. Navy from 1982-1991 and the U.S. Navy Reserve from 1991-2010 . Elizabeth Pedro Taggart (b. 1962) was born in South Korea. In 1982 she graduated from the University of Rochester in New York where she completed the Navy Reserve Officers' Training Corps. Taggart was commissioned in the U.S. Navy in 1982 and served on active duty until 1991. During her career as a line officer she served at various duty stations including Norfolk, Virginia, the Pentagon, and the Bangor Naval Submarine Base in the state of Washington. Taggart retired from active duty in 1991 and served in the Navy Reserves from 1991-2010." She retired with the rank of Captain and currently lives in Greensboro, North Carolina.
