Sill

Oklahoma
, in
1985
as
well
as the
Combined
Arms
and
Services
Staff
School
.
While
in the
Army
Nurse
Corps
, she also had
temporary
duty
in
Wuerzburg
,
Germany
, and
Cairo
,
Egypt
.
Kodack
died
in
Greensboro
in
2013
.
