RAN AWAY
FROM the subscriber, living in Iredell county, about 3 miles below Sherrills Ford, at the Catawba, on the 15 inst. a negro fellow by the name of Peter; about 6 feet high, spare made, has lost the sight of one of his eyes. (which one not recollected) and a white speck in the pupil of it shows very plain: he is about 35 or 40 years of age: is a rough carpenter, and makes coarse shoes: he will try to make his way to Pennsylvania, in order to gain his freedom. Ten dollars reward will be given to any person who will take him up, secure him, and give me information, directed to Fall-town post-office. Iredell county, N.C. so that I get him, and all charges paid.
