NOTICE.--WHEREAS RUFUS HENAN has been duly bound to me by the County Court of Alamance county, to serve me as an apprentice, until he is twenty one years old. And whereas the said Rufus, being now between 16 and 17 years old, has left my service without any just cause, I hereby give notice to all persons not to hire or employ or harbor the said boy, under the penalty of being liable to me for the value of his labor--for all such damages as I may be entitled to by law.
I will give a reward of five cents, but no thanks, to any one returning said boy to me.
