$25 REWARD!
RAN away from the subscriber, living in the County of Wake, on the 29th of June last, a negro man by the name of STEPHEN. Said negro was purchased from Mr. Henry H. Harris, of Wake county, and the negro may now be lurking about Forestville, or in the County of Johnston, where he has a wife. STEPHEN is about six feet high, very black, and thin-visaged. No particular marks recollected. He has rather a down look and speaks slowly.
The above reward of $25 will be paid to any person or persons who will deliver said negro to me, seven miles south-east of Raleigh, on Neuse River, or who will confine him in any Jail in the State, so that I get him again.
