RUNAWAY OR STOLEN, A NEGRO boy named JACK, about 12 years old. He is active, spare made and stammers slightly when spoken to; had on lindsey clothes and a wool-hat. He was last seen about 1 1/2 miles north of Lancaster C. H [Court House] , S. C., on the 4th of October. $25 will be given for the apprehension of the boy, and $100 for the boy and thief.
