TAKEN UP AND COMMITTED
To the jail of Richmond county, one negro man, calling himself Bromsick, and says he is free according to the will of Mrs. Mary Brown, dec'd [deceased], formerly of Moore county, of this State. He is about six feet high, black complexion, 55 or 60 years of age. He has been committed as a runaway. The owner, if any there be, is requested to come orward[sic], prove property, pay charges and take him away.
