$50 REWARD.
I WILL give the sum of $25 reward for my negro man SOLOMON, who ran away from my plantation, Orton, in Brunswick county, N.C., about the 1st of April, 1861. Solomon is of middle size, dark complexion, about 28 years of age, formerly belonged to Dr. Frederick J. Hill, deceased.
I will give $25 reward for FRED, generally known as Fred Burgwin, who ran away on the 6th of May, 1861, from Orton. Fred is also middle size, dark complexion, about 30 years of age. He likewise belonged formerly to Dr. Frederick J. Hill, deceased. I will give the above stipulated award for either of them delivered at my plantation, or confined in Jail.THOMAS C. MILLER.
