who formerly belonged to the Estate of Dr. St. George of Wilmington, N. C.
Said LAURY was purchased of a Mr. Jas. [James] W. Johnson as agent for Mr. Miles Costin, and has since run away from us; said fellow is well known in Wilmington and its vicinity, and has a wife (on Topsail Sound) belonging to Mrs. Foy, where he has been frequently seen.
The above reward will be paid if delivered to us in Columbia, S. C. UNHURT, or
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
if delivered to Wm. [William] H. Briggs, in the town of Wilmington, N. C., UNHURT.
