$20 REWARD.
RUNAWAY from C. I. Oates' Hotel, in Wilmington, on the 22nd of July, 1856, a light complected mulatto man, named JACK, sometimes called ZACH. Said boy is about 5 feet 4 or 5 inches high, rather broad between the eyes, has a lively quick look out of the eyes, wears a large whisker on his chin, (which he will no doubt shave off,) hair trimmed on the top-of his head and bushey out from under his hat; he is about 36 or 37 years old, and weighs 135 or 140 pounds, has a scar over or near one of his eyes in the edge of the hair.
I will give twenty dollars for his confinement in the Jail of Wilmington, or any other Jail so I can get him; and an additional reward of forty dollars for the conviction of any white person of decoying him off.
