RUN AWAY from the house of Robert Freeman, in Warren county, a Negro Woman, named NELL, the property of the subscriber ; she is about 31 years old, small and very black. It is supposed she is either at or about the plantation of Benjamin McCulloch in Warren county, or about his plantation on the Elk Marsh in Halifax county, or in the county of Bertie where she was brought from. Any person delivering said negro to the subscriber, living near Hillsborough, or to John H. at Warrenton, or securing her in any jail so that she may be had again, shall be handsomely rewarded and all reasonable expences paid.
