Description
Martin's caught this snow scene at the Keeley Institute on February 27 , 1952 . A sanitarium , or hospital for alcoholics and drug addicts , Keeley was located at present-day Blandwood from 1897 until it closed in 1961 , Under the early directorship of William H . Osborn , and later his wife and brother-in-law , Keeley treated patients from across the United States and around the world . Osborn became the first commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service in 1913 .
