Five Negroes
Are Enrolled
At WC:l~.ys?
Five Negro students have been
enrolled at Woman's College for
the fall term, college officials
said today.
Two of them attended last year
and will be sophomoret this year.
Another was enrolled earlier in
the summer as a day student
and two more will enter as fresh
men.
Claudette Treva Graves of
Route 6, Greensboro, is the day
student/The new freshmen are
Zelma Elizabeth Amey, Durham
and Margaret Ann Patterson of
Lenoir/
The two who attended last year
are Elizabeth Jo Anne Smart of
Raleigh and Mrs. Betty Ann
Davis Tillman of Wadesboro.
