Dear Dr. Ferguson;
In regard to your decision on March 31, 1973 the Student Senate
passed the following motion on April 3, 1973. The motion, passing by a
vote of twenty-three (23) in the affirmative and twelve (12) in the
negative, stated that:
"until the Chancellor submits in writing to the Student
Senate notification that he has suspended the grant of
power in this particular circumstance, the Student
Senate will disregard the recent mandate that the Neo-
Black Society is indeed a Type II class organization."
I trust that you realize that immediate action in this matter is
paramount.
