Dear Mr. Ferguson:
This will confirm the -understandings between you and
our representatives to the effect that effective April 12, 1969,
the rate specified in Paragraph 5.A(1) and (2) of our agreement,
dated July 15, 196 4, as amended, shall be increased from the
present One Dollar Ten Cents ($1.10) per student per day to One
Dollar Eighteen and Five-Tenths Cents ($1,135) per student per
day. This increase shall apply to the 1969 summer school session
beginning in June, 1969, as well as to the regular yearly contract
rate.
In all other respects, our agreement, dated July 15,
1964, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
If the foregoing correctly states your understandings,
would you please sign, date and return the enclosed copy of this
letter to me at your convenience.
