Dear Jim: Congratulations on your statement as published in the Durham Herald of yesterday, copy of which is enclosed. I am amazed and ashamed of Lieutenant Governor Robert Scott and his highly political comment. While Bob may be representative of a certain element in North Carolina which is pretty noisy, I cannot believe he is on the side of the angels. All best wishes.
