Re: Issue Seminars
The Student Government Association is planning a series
of issue seminars. These seminars have been planned by the
Executive Cabinet so that the individuals in our community
may come together in a rather informal settinq to discuss
current issues of local, national, and international interest.
Suggested topics for the issue seminars are Black Power,
Vietnam, Student Drug Involvement, Urban Unrest, and Community
Involvement. I would like to state that the student Government Association is neither advocating nor condemning the
ideas and actions which may be involved in these issues, we
merely wish to give the students on our campus an opportunity
to become more fully informed and educated of the issues
facing today's complex society.
Your interest and participation may determine the success
of these seminars. I cordially invite you to attend any of
our sessions.
