My dear Lula:
Have done a good day’s work. Visiting Com. now in session preparing report, which I wrote this a.m. adding $12,500 to our annual appropriation. I think that is what they will do and that we will carry it.
May come home tomorrow and may not.
Committee has just adjourned recommending the increase of annual appropriation to $25000.
Can’t get before the joint Educational Com. till Monday p.m. Love to all.
