Martin (the Charlotte Observer), Newton, N.C., Educational Campaign Committee in Atlanta Ga., the Wake County Association for the Betterment of Public School Houses, The Women?��s Association For the Betterment of Public School Houses in North Carolina, Edgar Gardner Murphy, William S. Dodge, Robert C. Ogden, and George Foster Peabody. Also included are a news article describing the development of a news industrial training school in Marshall, N.C. for colored boys and girls, a declaration adopted by the Educational Conference held in Columbia, S.C., April 11th, 1903., financial and attendance records of this conference, and a bulletin about public school libraries in South Carolina. |
