Anna Bell Dickieson (1922-2011) graduated in 1943 with a Bachelor of Science in Music from the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina, now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 1946, she married George Dickieson who was a faculty member at the college's School of Music. In this follow-up interview, Dickieson expresses her opinion about certain college administrators, faculty members, and alumni and their possible involvement with the Communist Party in the 1940s and 1950s. She talks about her husband George Dickieson's tenure with the School of Music as well as his battle to prevent the establishment of a School of Fine Arts, with the School of Music becoming a department under the School. Dickieson briefly mentions the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra and how it began at the Woman's College.
