Barbara (Bobbi) Osguthorpe was born March 13, 1950 in Fairbanks, Alaska. Mrs. Osguthorpe is a registered nurse, who is a graduate of UNCG's School of Nursing, having attained her BSN in 1983. Mrs. Osguthorpe has worked in hospitals, taught nursing, and worked in the medical tech field over the course of her career. In this interview, Mrs. Osguthorpe discusses her early life, education, work in the nursing and medical technology field, her memory and thoughts on UNCG, and her service in many professional organizations and groups including the UNCG School of Nursing Alumni Association. Mrs. Osguthorope also gives a history of the School of Nursing Alumni Association from 1988-2008 in this interview.
