Description
Ms. Laura Micham was born in 1969 in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended The University of North Carolina at North Carolina at Greensboro for her Bachelor's degree, and The University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill for her Master's degree. Ms. Micham is currently the Merle Hoffman Director of the Sallie Bingham Center for Women's History and Culture, and the curator of Gender and Sexuality History Collections in the Rubenstein Library at Duke University. Her interests include: feminist activism and theory, reproductive health and rights, and the history and culture of LGBTQ communities. In her interview, Ms. Micham discusses her early life, time at UNCG, and her work at Duke University.
