Description
Dr. Johnathan Tudge was born in 1949, in England near Oxford. He received his BA in History at Lancaster University in 1970, master’s in Philosophical Sociology from Oxford University in 1973, and his doctorate in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University in 1986. He is currently researching on the interrelations between the social world and children’s social moral and cognitive development. Dr. Tudge has held several positions including: Associate Director of the International Project, Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and as a visiting professor at the Federal University of Brasilia. In his interview, Dr. Tudge discusses his early life, his time at UNCG, and the Department of Human Development and Family Studies.
