FOREWORD
In the following pages will be found an Insurance Survey
covering buildings protected by fire insurance issued under
the supervision of the Guilford County Insurance Corn-
There can be no doubt of the importance of periodically
revising the insurance carried to reflect increased or decreased values, and this survey is intended as a starting
point from which future changes can be made with precision and economy.
No efforts have been spared to prepare this survey in a
complete, concise and accurate form, and it is presented
as evidence of our interest in the proper protection of the
buildings it describes, not only as insurance agents, but
also as citizens and taxpayers of Guilford County.
