Included in this folder is correspondence relevant to McDaniel Lewis in his position as Chairman of Board #2 of the Guilford County Selective Service System. There are items such as meeting notifications, donation acknowledgements, and expressions of appreciation for service. A letter invites Lewis to a Civitan Club event held at the O’Henry Hotel to honor Draft Board personnel; General J. Van B. Metts was the speaker.
