This folder mostly contains correspondence in which Raymond Binford appeals to an Elbridge Stuart for monetary donations to Guilford College. The letters indicate that he was working on charming Elbridge by appealing to Elbridge's family history in Guilford County, though there are no indications that Binford ever got the donation.
