Deep red (C13)calico-texture cloth series binding with panel in upper left with 4 shells and scroll inscribed "Thus I'll take my pilgrimage" in white and blue on gilt and white background within gilt double rule border, gilt lettering and 5 shells below, all within gilt rule border; gilt lettering and rules on spine; t.e.g., untrimmed; red and light green floral pattern endpapers with two open books and shield with motto. |
