Somewhere in U.S.A. Jan.31, 1943
Dear Hun-- This is just to say that I have arrived safely at my new station. Due to the strict regulations of censorship it will be impossible to tell you where I am at anytime. But you will be happy to know that I am still in the U.S.A.
I am well and happy and enjoying my self [sic] very much. I have thought of you often and regreted [sic] I could not write you before now.
How are you? and what have you been doing. I hope you have not been ill, do please take good care of your self [sic] and write me as soon as you get this letter.
Remember me to all-- and write me to the address here on until I shall write to give you another.
