A platoon of WACs march in formation along the Avenue des Champs-Elysees in Paris, France, in May 1945. They are dressed in barracks caps, olive drab service jackets, and skirts. Several more platoons of women dressed in service uniforms, a Dodge WC-54 3/4-Ton Ambulance, and the Arc de Triomphe can all be seen behind them. |
