purposes of an adequate

Robert Alfred Theobald, USN.
Currently he has been
pressed into service to
judge a title contest for
this new Waves' News Sheet-

And as in other military
matters, he can take it in
his stride. Admiral Theobald's long list of Naval
experiences is imposing,,
He commanded a destroyer
landing force at Monte
, Santo Domingo,during the Santo Dominican
birthday of " Teddy" Roose
velt, who continually
fought to increase the Naval power of the U« S.}
Secondly, because it was
the anniversary of a report
presented in 1775 to the
Continental Congress advocating merchant vessels.
