This progress report examines the completion and progress on eight redevelopment projects in Greensboro: Cumberland, Washington I & II, Warnersville I, II-A, and III, Retreat St, and Downtown I-A. There is also a section on the cities examination of the basic causes of human and physical problems of those living in poverty, and information on the cities Downtown Area Renewal Effort (DARE).
