Rowan, Cabarrus, Mecklen-burg, Oasion, and Cleaveiand, and ef all the counties lying east ol said couaties, will assemble tbeir respective Regiments or Battalions without delay, and proceed to di-vide them into three equal parts, to be Known ss the 1st, 2d, and od classes—these ausahers lo be determined by lot or draft, and the classes called out In rotation, when less than the vrbolo are required for field service.
