Meeting of the Pharmacy Committee
January 5, 1953
The third meeting of the Pharmacy Committee of The Moses H. Cone Memorial
Hospital was held this date at the Medical Library of the Hospital,
1200 North Elm Street, Greensboro, North Carolina, at 7:30 P.M. Present
were Dr. Roderick M. Buie, Dr. William T. Clary, Dr. Robert H. LeGrand,
Dr. Jean C. McAlister and Mr. Claude U. Faoloni, being all members of
the Committee.
Voted: (l) To revise the copy of the definition of the duties of the
Pharmacy Committee - See Exhibit 3> page 8,
(2) To revise the copy of the Rules and Regulations governing
admission of drugs to The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital
Formulary - See Exhibit k, page 9,
(3) The initials C.H.F. signifying The Moses H. Cone Memorial
Hospital,
Committee continued with the review of Narcotics and Barbiturates.
