Is there talent hanging in your house? If so, call Betty Jan*, Bu^y? 27U-878?, or Jean Spangler, 299-U392, PARTIES FOR MENTAL H3AISB Trudy Garrard, your Mental Health chairman, has completed plans for the monthly parties for Guilford County patients at John Umstead Hospital, Butner, Our auxiliary will serve refreshments and give a program at each party. Dr. Robert Phillips will oresent a brief "History of Medicine in Greensboro." Time: 6:33. Cost: $6.00 per couple. Play: Picnic. """Have your husbands make reservations— Stat I CHILDREN'S CLOTHING CLOSET Helpl Three day care center clothes closets are empty and maiy children are inadequately clothed. Please let us have your children's outgrown clothes, sizes 3- 10. Have garments clean, mended, and sizes marked. There is a special need for warm garments: coats, hats mittens boots, shoes, extra shoe strings, underwear, socks, shirts, pants, and sweaters. Please include pajamas as tte center tries to have each child change at naptime. We will accept tic clothes at each meeting or would be more than happy to pick them up at your convenience. Call either of the following: Mrs. James M. Lee ( Barbara) 288-286f Mrs. Lyndon U. Anthony (Agnes) 288-3137 Any knitters who have left-over yarn and time to give chould knit stocking caps and mittens. NOVEMBER 26 Plan now to attend the Generals' Ice Hockey game with Johnstown. This game will be sponsored by the Medical Auxiliary. $1.00 of each adult ticket sold will go to charity : the Sick Room Equipment Loan Closet at the Community He;.lth Center, Get behind our Fund Drive and make it G8-G0-G01 AMAERF Contact Betty Taylor, 27^-9702, to see the two huge sample books of Christmas cards. Order now and h.0% of each order will go to AMAERF. Help deserving young people with the purchase of these unusual cards.
