RE: PRIMARY CARE PLANNING GROUP MEETING: FRIDAY, 9/27/96
Our next meeting is scheduled for this Friday, September 27th at 12:30 p.m. It will again be
held in the Community Health conference room located in Suite 402 at 200 East Northwood
Street A box lunch will be provided. Please call Sara Norman at 574-8564 if you will noj
be attending.
With this cover memo, I am faxing several items (total: S pages):
• an agenda for the 9/27/96 meeting
• the minutes from our 9/13/96 meeting
• several items you may wish to review before the 9/27 meeting: a matrix for us to
use as a group exercise on Friday to help us prioritize Guilford County regions
according to the greatest need for improved access to primary care; population
statistics by region; and demographic data by region.
At the meeting on Friday, you will also receive two maps that we thought probably would not
fax well: one outlining the four regions, and the other showing the location of primary care
providers. If any of you are interested in seeing either of those maps before the meetings,
please contact Sara Norman at 574-6564.
We will have clean copies of all faxed material for you at the meeting on Friday. Before the
meeting on Friday, you may wish to think about factors in addition to those already listed on
the matrix that you think should be considered as we work towards prioritizing the regions.
If you have questions, feel free to contact me at 574-8564. I look forward to seeing you on
Friday, September 27th. Thanks again for your help with this important planning effort.
