As a result of the termination of federal funding for the health
planning program, effective June 30, 1987 the office of the Piedmont
Health Systems Agency (PHSA) will be closed. If additional funds become
available to the PHSA the Agency will reopen.
Please remove the PHSA from any of your mailing lists on which it
appears.
An agent has been designated to conclude the remaining business of
the Agency. If necessary you may communicate with the Agency at PHSA,
Post Office Box 2158, Jamestown, North Carolina 27282.
Planning documents and other publications of the Agency are
available at public libraries throughout Health Service Area II.
