Dear Mrs. Doyle:
In a recent letter to this office, Mrs. Robert L. Garrard, mentioned
a Parliamentary Procedure Course your auxiliary gave as a community
service project. She said that 21 organizations participated and
that a Greensboro attorney was instructor. We would be interested
in additional details of your project. How was it received? Did you
plan to repeat it? We would be interested in clear, glossy photos.
Also, Mrs. Garrard said that you are most active in projects at state
hospitals, putting on parties, etc. Though Mrs. Garrard told us in
general about the project, we would appreciate specific details. Newspaper clippings and photos would be appreciated. May I hear from you
soon?
Sincerely,
(Mrs.) June Alder
