familiar with mechanism, and so authorized.

certificate is to be returned to the Department of Labor. All parts of
this ELEVATOR and HOISTWAY sWld be inspected every THREE
MONTHS. Reports shall be signed^J^person making such inspection and
placed on file for examination byTne Labor Department-inspector.
