To be aware of the programs and activities of allied organizations that affect school students, staff and faculty in regard to sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.
Communication— Chair, ? Members: Beverly – information on forwarded items.
Possible items are to be emailed to Beverly. She will proof and send to Patti.
Prepare pertinent communication for distribution to GSAFE members on a
monthly basis.
Prepare pertinent information for Ezine that would go to a much broader base of people andpeople who might not be as committed to our work)
Prepare announcements about GSAFE Public Programs.
Prepare Press Releases as needed.

Design format for treasurer reports and budget reports.
Evaluate software needs for financial information.
Be responsible for filing of IRS report.
Write GGF Grant Proposals after the request is submitted from committees and approved by the board.

We have policies that address sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.
Identity/create programs that make people aware of the policies and make sure they are enforced.

Plan GSAFE Programs designed for attendance by the general public.
Design GSAFE Projects or assist with design of projects.

Operate as a repository for possible new resource materials such as new LGBT adolescent books, videos, movies, non-fiction, etc.
Research possible materials suitable for our GSAFE media library. $1428.67 spent
Maintain data base of our GSAFE media library.
