The latest iteration in our Trout Fisherman’s Pale Ale Series is named for the humble Zebra Midge fly pattern. This miniscule pattern can be productive year-round, but it is best known for turning around slow fishing days in cold weather. Doughnut City Dunkel Weisse

We reserved a portion of this fall’s batch of Doughnut City Dunkel Weisse and aged it in Old Nick Williams bourbon barrels for 4 months. This medium-bodied dark German style wheat ale took on a beautiful oaky character through the aging process. This is a limited taproom-only release!

Christmas in a glass! Inspired by the Russian Tea holiday drink, this strong amber colored ale is brewed with cinnamon, clove, lemon peel, and blood orange. Weighing in at over 9% ABV, be careful with this one or it will send you tumbling ass over head.
Fishinator Doppelbock

The history of the doppelbock style can be traced back to monks in Munich searching for something to sustain them while they fasted. Lightly hopped, the Fishinator is
