We are excited to welcome the North Carolina Craft Brewers Conference back to Winston-Salem this week! This is part 2 of a 2-part Amber IPA series that we brewed with our friends at Wise Man Brewing for the occasion. Version 2.0 features Mosaic, Galaxy, and Mandarina Bavaria, as well as Norwegian Kveik yeast.
