A bomb threat was reported at the downtown Woolworth store, forcing both it and Kress to close down. A & T students involved in the sit-in protests met to discuss the possibility of taking a two week hiatus from the sit-ins in light of the recent bomb threat. There were some arrests outside both stores after demonstrations began outside the downtown stores.
